The working process can vary depending on the type of project. Generally, it consists of an initial analysis phase, followed by proposal development, presentation, revisions, and final delivery.
It depends on the project, but the minimum estimated time is 2 weeks. Due to high demand, I cannot accept projects with less than a 2-week lead time.
I calculate the number of hours required for the project and apply my hourly rate. The budget is based on the technical requirements and significance of the project. All budgets are clearly itemized and are calculated without VAT. Subsequently, a 21% VAT and a 15% withholding tax for income tax purposes are applied to the invoice.
The payment method varies depending on the type of client, but generally, 50% is due at the start of the project and the remaining 50% upon project completion..
Yes, generally up to 3 revisions are included. If the client is not satisfied after these three revisions, additional changes can be made at an extra cost.
All designs I've created are exclusive to Chin.arte.
I do not work with previous designs from other designers or make modifications unless the design is not owned by the client.
Depending on the design product and its purpose, I will provide an explanatory document on necessary colors or techniques. The client should request this document whenever a specific application is needed.
I use tools like Miro, Outlook, or Gmail to maintain continuous communication with the client and convey the project's progress. Additionally, I've utilized tools like Trello or ClickUp for better coordination with the team.
I like to participate proactively in the projects I work on, which is why I consider it very important for communication to be fluid between all parties involved.
Once you initiate contact with me, I will schedule an initial meeting (video call or phone call) to discuss your case. After that call, I will present you with a series of ideas, and if necessary, send you a quote. Once the quote is accepted, I will begin the design process.
